4. In principle, each household in this area will arrange for one person to go out "point-to-point" once a day to buy daily necessities, and strictly implement personal protection.

3. Critically ill patients in the containment area report to their village, and the medical treatment team of the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters will coordinate closed-loop transfer to the "yellow code" designated hospital for treatment. Citizens in the prevention area who need first aid can directly contact 120, and the 120 ambulance will transport them to relevant medical institutions.
