What should I do if the information sent by vivo mobile phone is not bright?

If the received message does not light up, you can check the following methods:

1. Turn on "Show screen reminder when receiving screen lock notification"

Origin OS: Go to Settings-Notifications and Status Bar-Click the screen lock notification, turn on the switch that lights up the screen when receiving the screen lock notification, and turn on the switch of the corresponding software;

FunTouch OS/iQoUI: Enter Settings-status bar and notification, and open the screen reminder when receiving the screen lock notification;

3. Enter Settings-Notifications and Status Bar-Manage Notifications/Apply Notification Management, check whether the software displays/allows notifications/displays notifications on the lock screen, and turn off the option of "Accept Intelligent Notification Control" (this option is only supported by Funtouch OS 9. 1 and above);

4. Enter the software to check whether the message reminder of the software is turned off. If closed, you can open it first and then try again (note: if the notification bar in QQ software is closed to display QQ icon, the received message will not light up);
