The Municipal Construction and Transportation Commission is responsible for the supervision, management and comprehensive coordination of road signage work in this city.

The public security and traffic management department is responsible for the setting of road traffic signs. The municipal management office, municipal highway office and district (county) road management department are responsible for the setting of signs indicating public service facilities within their jurisdiction.

Except for the units specified in the preceding paragraph, any unit or individual is prohibited from setting up road signs on urban roads, highways and green spaces along roads in this city. Article 5 (Specifications for the installation of road signs)

The installation of road signs shall comply with national standards or the technical specifications of this city.

If the public security and traffic management department needs to dig roads to install road traffic signs, they should seek the opinions of the road management department in advance, jointly determine the installation location, and go through the relevant road digging approval procedures.

If the municipal administration office, municipal highway department or district (county) road management department sets up public service facility signs according to the needs of urban management, it shall formulate corresponding installation plans and submit them to the municipal transportation construction department. The committee agrees; if road excavation is required, relevant road excavation approval procedures must also be completed. Before implementation, the public security and traffic management department shall be notified of the plan for setting up signs for public service facilities.

If the municipal administrative office, municipal highway department or district (county) road management department sets up signs indicating public service facilities in accordance with the provisions of this article, it shall maintain a necessary distance from the road traffic signs and shall not block the road. Traffic signs shall not obstruct safe sight distance. Article 6 (Formulation of plans for setting up signs for public service facilities)

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of these regulations, the municipal management office, municipal highway department or district (county) road management department shall formulate plans The plan for setting up signs for public service facilities should follow the following principles:

(1) Ensure road traffic safety;

(2) Maintain a good city appearance;

(3) Convenience for public travel.

When the municipal administrative office, municipal highway department or district (county) road management department formulates a plan for the installation of signage for public service facilities, it shall solicit information from relevant departments such as planning land, greening and city appearance, transportation ports and tourism management. The opinions of the department; when necessary, opinions can be solicited from the public. Article 7 (Maintenance and Repair)

The management department of road signs shall implement maintenance and repair units in accordance with their respective responsibilities. Article 8 (Supervision and Management)

If any unit or individual sets up road signs in violation of these regulations, upon confirmation, the municipal management office, municipal highway department, district (county) road management department and urban management administration Law enforcement departments should handle the matter in a timely manner in accordance with their prescribed responsibilities.

The municipal administration office, municipal highway office, district (county) road management department and public security and traffic management department should cooperate with each other and jointly confirm the relevant road signs.

Daily supervision of road signs can be incorporated into urban grid management. Article 9 (Reporting Supervision)

Any unit or individual who discovers road signs set up in violation of these regulations may report it to the relevant management department.

After receiving the report, the relevant management departments shall handle it in accordance with the law. Article 10 (Division of Labor by Law Enforcement Departments)

Relevant law enforcement departments shall investigate and deal with violations of these regulations regarding the installation of road signs according to the following division of labor:

(2) The Municipal Highway Department is responsible for the installation of road signs on municipal highways and public green spaces along municipal highways Investigate and punish the behavior;
