Jinshui District Wenhua Road No.1 Primary School was founded in 1927. It was founded by Feng Yuxiang, who vigorously developed education and gave up temples during his reign in Henan. In September 2020, Jingui Campus of Wenhua Road No.1 Primary School was officially put into use.

The new campus, rooted in the history of running a school for a hundred years, pays equal attention to both persistence and innovation, reconstructs the school curriculum, changes learning methods, integrates learning space and innovates educational technology, and is striving to make the school more attractive and future-oriented.
