What do you mean by automatic transmission and manual transmission?

Automatic gear, as the name implies, means that the driver does not need to manually shift gears, and the vehicle will automatically choose the appropriate gear according to the driving speed and traffic conditions. A general automatic car has six gears, which are P, R, N, D, S and L from top to bottom.

An automatic car can fully meet the general driving needs only by using parking gear P, reverse gear R, neutral gear N and forward gear D, but if it encounters some special driving environment, it needs to use other functional gears. Therefore, if the correct control mode can be selected, the automatic transmission car will perform better than the manual transmission.
