Article 1: The supervision of cleaning operations in the sanitary area is based on the "Sanitary Management Regulations of Zhongyuan Methanol Plant and the Notice on the Division of Sanitary and Greening Responsibility Areas" and the "Green Belt Responsible Area Management and Assessment Methods" as standards.

Article 2: Cleaning Scope

Article 3: Cleaning quality standards

(1) Roads should be cleaned throughout the day to meet the standards of "four no's" and "four cleans". That is: no accumulated water or ice; no garbage; no leakage of sweeps or piles; no cleaning (emptying) of garbage and dirt into ditches, flower ponds, green spaces, etc. The road surface should be clean; the road edges should be clean; the walls should be clean; and the trash cans should be clean.

(2) The cleaned garbage must not be dumped randomly and must be dumped in designated garbage bins.

(3) The responsibility for clearing, transporting, managing and protecting the garbage in the road section must be assigned to the person responsible.

Article 5: Requirements for road sweeping and cleaning operations

(1) The quality of sweeping and cleaning operations must meet the prescribed standards.

(4) Do not sweep garbage, leaves, or sediment into sewers or water intakes.

(4) The inspection team must handle the inspection situation and problems discovered in a timely manner and keep records.

Article 7: Cleaning and Cleaning Responsibility and Punishment Standards

Each department must implement a joint and several target responsibility system, with the team leader as the responsible person for accountability. If a task is not completed within the prescribed time limit, a warning will be given.
