The Old Longkou Winery, which started at 1662, can be said to be a landmark building in Shenyang. It is very rare for the original site to remain unchanged for 356 years.

There is a slogan called "Everyone in Shenyang should drink Old Longkou", which is also a symbolic product of chinese national geography. Laolongkou Laojiao Pit is an existing crypt-type wine fermentation pit, and it is one of the oldest, largest, most intact and longest-running pits in China. Now it has been listed as a municipal cultural relics protection unit by Shenyang Municipal Government. The old pit has been used up to now, and the pit age is over 300 years.

Old Longkou insisted on ancient brewing, and the sour smell in the wine cellar lingered, but it was this persistence that kept this intangible culture handed down, and the brewed wine was mellow and had a long aftertaste. This mysterious traditional brewing technology has been passed down to the eleventh generation.
