How does Samsung note2 back up and restore data?

Backing up the data in the mobile phone/tablet can be operated by the following methods:

1. Backup to external SD card.

1). Multimedia files: My files-All files -sd card 0- Find the file to copy-Press and hold for a long time-Copy (if not, please click the menu button-Copy)-Return to external_sd (external sd card folder)-Click "Paste here".

2). Contact: Contact-Click the menu button-Import/Export-Export to SD card.

SMS: Message-Open a session-Long press and hold the message to be backed up-Copy to SD card.

3). Some machines support moving software to external SD card: Settings-Application Manager-Download-Query the software to be moved to external SD card-Move to SD card (if it is grayed out, it is not supported).

2. Go back to the computer.

1) Connect the phone/tablet to the computer. Connect the mobile phone to the computer through the data cable. The computer will display the drive letter of the mobile disk and copy the multimedia files in the mobile phone to the computer.

2) Install the Kies software in the computer, connect the mobile phone/tablet computer with the computer, and open the Kies software. With the backup/restore function in Kies software, you can back up the contacts and multimedia files in your mobile phone/tablet to your computer. Kies3 supports the backup of some installation programs to the computer (Kies3 is suitable for mobile phones with Android version 4.3 or above).
