The reason why the message of WeChat has no sound prompt:

1. Check whether the phone sound is set to silent mode.

2. There are no voice prompts in WeChat settings.

Solution: After entering WeChat, there is a setting in the lower right corner. Click to enter the settings, and the drop-down box will be notified. Click to enter the routine. After entering, there will be new news notification. Pull down and there will be a sound setting. Open it. If it's a cell phone problem, then mute the cell phone.
