What materials are needed for driver's license review?

1. Fill in and submit the motor vehicle driver's license application form as required during the annual review;

2. Provide the original motor vehicle driver's license;

3. Provide the original and photocopy of the driver's ID card;

4. Provide driver photos as required;

5. Provide the physical condition certificate of the driver: the physical condition certificate issued by the hospital at or above the county level, and the physical condition certificate issued by the armed police force or the army.

Legal basis: Article 62 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License.

If the motor vehicle driver fails to record 12 points in each scoring cycle within the six-year validity period of the motor vehicle driver's license, he shall renew the motor vehicle driver's license with a ten-year validity period; If 12 points are not recorded in each scoring cycle within the ten-year validity period of the motor vehicle driver's license, a long-term valid motor vehicle driver's license shall be renewed.

Article 63

Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply to the motor vehicle management office at or outside the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued. The application information shall be confirmed when applying, and the following certificates and vouchers shall be submitted:

(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;

(2) The physical condition certificate issued by the medical institution.
