Telecom mobile phones can't send and receive short messages. What happened?

1. First, confirm whether the mobile phone is in arrears. If so, please make up the fee with the operator and try again.

2. Confirm whether the SMS can't be sent to all contacts normally. If it is a personal contact, it is suggested to recall whether the relevant contact blacklist is set, or use some third-party SMS to intercept relevant functional software;

3. Rule out the above possibility, or it may be caused by an abnormal SMS program. You can download other third short message software for comparison, or go to System Settings-Application Management-Find the corresponding short message (or Lenovo Address Book)-"Clear Data" for improvement, and back up short messages, contacts and other materials before operation to avoid data loss;

4. If possible, it is recommended to replace other SIM cards to see if you can send short messages normally. Do not rule out that it is caused by the abnormality of your SIM card;

5. It cannot be improved after the above operations. It is recommended to back up the fuselage data and restore the factory settings to see if it can be improved.
