I bought the Kabbah certification by SMS. Why is the clear button gray?

You mean that neither of the two Trojans detected in your Kabbah test report can be handled with the "Clear" operation key, right?

1, the "Clear" key is gray, so you can't click it ... If that item is a "yellow-green colon", the operation command can't be executed (because there is no actual threat, everyone does,)

2. Only when the item is a "red colon" (with actual threat) can you click this operation command. You can scan it again to see if there are any Trojan horses.
