How to open the mobile phone card 4G?

Mobile phones can open 4G services in two ways:

First, open the SMS.

You can send KTSG to 10086 to apply for opening the 4G function. (Customers who have enabled the 4G function can also send QXSG to 10086 to apply for canceling the 4G function. )

Second, go to the business hall.

You can go to the mobile main business hall to apply for the opening of 4G function services.

Processing restriction

1, only for GSM, M-Zone, Shenzhouxing and accompanying (excluding local accompanying) customers.

It is mutually exclusive with the newly launched local 15 yuan data traffic package, local 15 yuan mobile data traffic product package, free discount package for mobile data traffic products, business package for mobile data traffic products, standard customer of Shenzhouxing 15 yuan CMWAP monthly unlimited package and GSM/M-Zone 20 yuan file. 3. Customers who have not enabled/suspended the mobile data traffic function cannot enable the 4G function.
