1. Personnel should apply for "Liaoshitong Health Code" (WeChat applet or "Liaoshitong" APP) 4 days before the examination date. 3. Persons whose body temperature is still abnormal (≥37.3℃) after re-examination, who have respiratory symptoms such as dry cough, whose "Liaoshitong Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" are not green codes, or who have lived in a high-risk city (key concern area) in China within 14 days before the test, should provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first test.

Four, one of the following circumstances, shall not take the exam:

(a) COVID-19 confirmed cases, suspected cases or asymptomatic infected persons who are still in isolation treatment period;

(two) personnel who have not completed the centralized isolation period and need to be isolated because of local epidemic prevention and control shall not take the exam.

Note: From the date of issuing the control instruction, all employees who enter (leave) the company in the administrative area where the middle and high risk area is located shall be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation, and the isolation period shall be 14 days after entering (leaving) the company. Other personnel who need isolated observation shall be executed according to the specific requirements of the epidemic prevention and control department of our city.

(3) Check the abnormality of "Liaoshitong Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" on that day.

(4) Persons who cannot provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within the prescribed time limit according to the above requirements on the day of physical examination.

(five) before entering the test center, due to abnormal body temperature, dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms, the comprehensive judgment of the deputy examiner of the test center for epidemic prevention does not have the reference conditions.

(6) Persons who have lived in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or have lived abroad within 28 days before the initial test.

Five, personnel should abide by the relevant provisions of the epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job of self-protection.

(1) Please arrange the nucleic acid detection time reasonably according to the examination time, so as not to affect the examination. It is suggested that personnel should take all the vaccines without contraindications, and complete the whole process of vaccination in COVID-19 ahead of schedule.

(II) Personnel should always pay attention to the authoritative information on epidemic prevention and control in China (please pay attention to the websites or micro-signals of authoritative departments such as provincial and municipal health and health commissions or CDC), check the epidemic situation and the latest epidemic control requirements in the cities and regions where they go, and fully understand the specific requirements of local personnel on epidemic prevention and control in key control areas, key concern areas and low-risk areas.

(III) Personnel should take the initiative to timely understand the epidemic prevention and control requirements related to the professional qualification examinations of professional and technical personnel in Liaoning Province and Dalian City, and actively cooperate with test sites and examination rooms to do a good job in on-site epidemic prevention.

(4) During the preparation period, personnel must do personal protection, avoid going to crowded areas, and avoid contact with irrelevant personnel. According to the regulations, no one is allowed to enter the examination room five minutes after the exam begins. Personnel are not allowed to hand in their papers or leave the venue within 2 hours after the examination begins.
