The torch relay of the 14th National Games and Paralympic Games will be held in the main city of Xi tomorrow (Monday, August 16), starting from Yongningmen Square and ending at Danfengmen Square in Daming Palace.

During the torch relay, the traffic control department will conduct traffic control on some roads around the torch relay route, and 80 routes in Xi 'an will be temporarily adjusted.

The torch relay route is Yongningmen Square-South Street-North Street-Qiangzi East Road-Daming Palace Danfengmen Square, with a total length of 5.3 kilometers. The activity * * * was delivered by 100 torchbearers and took about 100 minutes.

From 7: 30 am on August 16 to the end of the event, all sections (including non-motor vehicle lanes) of Nanmenpan Road (excluding the tunnel under Nanmenxia), Nandajie Road, Zhonglou Road, Beimenpan Road and Beiguanzheng Street (the cross of Beimenqiangzi Road) are prohibited from passing by other vehicles and pedestrians, and motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited from occupying the road.

From 8: 30 am on August 16 to the end of the activity, all sections (including non-motorized vehicles) of Beiguanzheng Street, Qiangzi Road Cross and Qiangzi East Road (excluding the passenger pick-up passage of Qiangzi East Road at Xi Station under the East Hub) are prohibited from passing by other vehicles and pedestrians, and motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited from occupying the road for parking.

The comprehensive transportation hub of Danfengmen (Xi Station) Square can pick up and drop off passengers from Taihua South Road and Qiangzi East Road, enter Qiangzi East Road of Xi Station, and pick up and drop off passengers through the east hub.

Passengers entering the station can take the free shuttle bus of Metro Line 4 at Hanyuandian subway entrance, arrive at the north of the railway station and enter the station from the entrance.

Passengers leaving the station by bus can take the free shuttle bus of Metro Line 4 at Bus Station 2 on the second floor of the hub and get off at the terminal (including Yuandian subway station).

Passengers who leave the station by taxi or online car can specify their own location at the hub according to their own needs and take regular vehicles to leave the station.

After the torch relay team leaves and all coordination activities are finished, the closed intersection on the relay line will be delayed for rolling control to restore normal traffic order.

Attention, residents along the route, please don't park your motor vehicles at the torch relay section on 15 night.
