I have a "hope address book" on my desk, which records their situation in detail: among these 3 poor students, 17 have been admitted to various universities, accounting for about 6% of the total number. Among them, Wang Heling and Chen Xianliang are now at Hangzhou Dianzi University; Mei Fang studied at Zhejiang Gongshang University; He Xiaoli and Chen Lixiang studied at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics; Mei Lihong studied at Ningbo University; Luo Jian studied in Hubei Institute of Education ... Among these students, two girls majoring in "junior college secretary" have now graduated-Zhang Linghong worked as a secretary in a company in Hangzhou, and Ji Shihui worked as a secretary and treasurer in a large foreign-funded enterprise in Ningbo, and their work was quite satisfactory.

These young people struggled in adversity and developed a tenacious personality under heavy pressure. Even when they entered the university, they did not stop struggling. He Xiaoli, who majored in economics in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, knows that the current employment situation is grim, so she has been studying all the courses of accounting major since her sophomore year, and she expects to get a double degree when she graduates in the first half of this year. Mei Fang was admitted to Zhejiang Ocean University in 24, majoring in computer science. As we all know, there are three batches of undergraduate college entrance examinations every year, and the annual tuition fees of these three batches of undergraduates range from 6, yuan to 18, yuan, which is quite different. Among the poor students I know, there are just a few college students who have been admitted to the "three books". Therefore, they have to face a huge tuition fee of nearly 2, yuan per year. At the beginning, they had placed their hopes on the national student loan policy, but in fact, each student can only borrow 6 thousand yuan a year. Therefore, these poor students who have been funded by Project Hope since junior high school are simply worried about the huge college tuition! They wanted to back down, but they were unwilling to let their hard-won college dream be shattered!

One of my twin students is called Mei Lihong, who lived very frugally in junior high school. The head teacher said that her pocket money was only twenty or thirty yuan a year. She passed the English undergraduate course of Ningbo University the year before last, which belongs to "three books", and the annual tuition fee needs 18, yuan, which is an astronomical figure for her family. When Mei Lihong came to Hangzhou this year, she showed me her report card. All her grades were above 85, including 91 for "English Interpretation". However, her father was seriously injured when he went up the mountain to cut firewood to earn her tuition, so he could not work to earn money.

The first year of high school is just around the corner, and her tuition is still not collected. How much I want to study ... "One day later, I took her letter of help to my colleague, Mr. Xu Jinjun from the Civil Engineering Department of Zhejiang University.
