Article 36: The basic information recorded in the "Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate" must be printed by a printer to become effective. It is strictly prohibited to forge, alter or tear out the "Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate". Employers or workers defraud state taxes, fees or subsidy funds by forging "Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificates". If the circumstances are minor, they will be ordered to return the corresponding funds; if the circumstances are serious, they will be dealt with in accordance with relevant national regulations.

If the "Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate" is altered or the pages are torn, the original certificate will become invalid and the worker must apply for a new "Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate" in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
