According to the arrangement of Hengyang Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, it is scheduled to be held on December 1, 2022 and On December 3, two rounds of nucleic acid testing for all employees in the region were carried out. The specific arrangements of the High-tech Zone are now announced as follows:

1. Testing objects

All residents within the scope of Huaxing Street, Jinlongping Street, Zhishui Office, and Gaoling Office, including permanent residents population, temporary resident population, and floating population.

2. Testing time

Morning: 7:30 to 12:00; Afternoon: 14:00 to 17:30.

3. Sampling locations

1. Yellow code personnel please walk or take a private car to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua, Central Hospital Huaxin Branch, High-tech Zone Huaxin Hospital, Pinghu Park, Qiaotou Park To take samples, you are not allowed to go to centralized sampling points to take samples.

2. Green code personnel please go to the centralized sampling point to take samples.

4. Things to note

1. Residents and friends are invited to actively participate and all members participate. Follow the community notice, take personal protection, bring your mobile phone health code, your resident ID card or household registration book, and go to the nucleic acid sampling site for sampling; elderly people who go to take samples alone and do not know how to use smartphones, please prepare your ID card; if you do not have an ID card, For children, please use your mobile phone to bind your child's health code or bring your family registration book; during the sampling process, please wear a mask scientifically throughout the process, line up in an orderly manner, keep a distance of more than one meter from others, and do not gather, communicate, or touch for sampling After sampling, please leave the scene quickly without lingering or watching. When you return home, please change your mask promptly and perform good hand hygiene.

2． Universities, middle schools, primary schools, and kindergartens will conduct the first round of nucleic acid testing and sampling on December 1; the second round of nucleic acid testing and sampling will be conducted on December 2.

3． People who have taken control measures and conducted nucleic acid testing, such as centralized isolation, home isolation, and home health monitoring, will still follow the original regulations, and the responsible control unit will arrange sampling. Persons with a "yellow code" health code are not allowed to go to centralized sampling points. They need to walk or take private cars to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua, Central Hospital Huaxin Branch, High-tech Zone Huaxin Hospital, Pinghu Park, and Qiaotou Park for sampling.

4． Those holding a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours do not need to repeat sampling.

5. For those who are unable to participate in on-site nucleic acid testing due to advanced age, disability, bedridden, etc., their families can report to the community in advance, and the community will connect the mobile sampling team to collect samples at their door.

6. People who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours are not allowed to take nucleic acid sampling. Please report the instructions to your village group in time, and please choose the nearest sampling point for testing after 48 hours. Medical staff participating in COVID-19 vaccination cannot undertake the task of regular nucleic acid testing and sampling.

7. If individuals have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please do not go to the centralized sampling point to collect samples. You must take personal protection to collect samples at the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution.

8． Do not smoke, drink, chew gum, betel nut, etc. 30 minutes before the nucleic acid test.

9． These two rounds of nucleic acid testing do not issue a written report. If no notification is received from the disease control department within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be negative, and the results can be checked through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results are issued, please reduce your movements as much as possible and do not participate in gathering activities.

10． Nucleic acid testing for all employees in the area during this period will be done through mixed tube sampling, and no fees will be charged.

5. Personal Responsibility

Citizens and friends are requested to fulfill their epidemic prevention obligations in accordance with the law and conduct all tests. Residents who do not participate in this round of nucleic acid testing as required will be given pop-up windows and yellow codes. To deal with it, restrict entry to densely populated public places and restrict the use of buses, online car-hailing, taxis and other public transportation means. Operators or managers of all public places must follow the requirements to scan and inspect personnel with the "Place Code" and strengthen the investigation and persuasion of personnel who have not taken nucleic acid sampling. Once discovered, entry will be prohibited and the competent authorities and authorities shall be promptly reported. Community or district epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

Anyone who fails to participate in this nucleic acid test as required and causes the spread of the epidemic will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
