How to apply for online trial after receiving a summons?

To apply for an online trial, you may submit an oral or written application to the court that filed the lawsuit. If the court with jurisdiction has the conditions for online trial, according to the needs of national epidemic prevention and control, the parties are allowed to apply for online trial. Generally speaking, if the litigants are unable to participate in the litigation because COVID-19 is undergoing treatment, isolation or medical observation, or because of traffic closure caused by epidemic prevention and control, they can apply for an extension of the court session or go to the online court session according to law. Courts at all levels shall try cases that meet the online trial conditions. A court with online trial conditions shall, after receiving the application for online trial, promptly notify the litigants to change the trial mode or inform them of the determined trial time and mode by summons, and clarify the relevant matters of online trial.
