Is it illegal to advertise with SMS group sender?

1, it is illegal to send advertisements by using SMS group sender;

2. Paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Advertising Law stipulates that no unit or individual may send advertisements to their residences and means of transportation. Or send advertisements to the parties by electronic information without their consent or request;

3. It is illegal to publish advertisements by SMS group sender without the consent of the recipient.
