2. Social security land transfer

Many people may move to other cities after living and working in a certain place for a period of time, such as returning to their hometown and developing in a new city. When the social security land is transferred, the social security card will temporarily enter the sealed state.

3. Report the loss after reporting it.

If the social security card needs to be reported lost, it will remain sealed until it is reissued or cancelled.

Second, how to remove the social security card sealed state?

1. If the payment of social security is interrupted due to resignation, then we can reopen the payment of social security after finding a new job in the later period, so that the social security card can be unsealed. If you don't plan to find a new job for the time being and want to unblock the social security card, you can also participate in social security as a flexible employee and resume payment.

2. If the seal is caused by the transfer of the social security payment place, we will automatically cancel it after all the transfer procedures are completed.

3. If the loss is reported and sealed, you only need to apply for a new social security card, or find an old social security card to cancel the loss, and you can immediately unseal it.

Article 57

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration. The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization management organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employing unit, and the public security organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the birth, death, household registration, migration and cancellation of the individual.
