Why doesn't Jin Li's mobile phone display a message on the icon?

Some people obviously received a text message while using their mobile phones, but the icon was not displayed. What is the reason? Here's a brief introduction to the method.

1. Open the phone desktop and click "Settings";

2. Slide down to find "Application Management" and click Enter;

3. Find information-> Notice;

4. Just display the corner marker on the application icon.

The above is the method that the mobile phone receives the information icon but does not display it. it wont hurt you to try it
