You can register your personal information service in the following ways:

1. Counter: Please bring your valid certificate, debit card or quasi-credit card to any branch in China for signing the contract. 2. Online Banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Settings → Message Service → Open".

3. Zhangyin: Please log in to Zhangyin APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Open Now".

4. Telephone banking: Please dial 95599 to sign the debit card information service through telephone banking.

5. Self-service terminal: Please bring your bank card to any domestic self-service terminal equipment to sign the contract through "message customization" (due to the business differences of each branch, please refer to the actual function display of the equipment).

6. If you use our credit card, you can log in to Zhangyin APP and click "Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service → Application for Opening" or call our credit card center hotline 4006695599 to open the SMS reminder service for full transfer.

4. Self-service terminal: Take the bank card to any self-service terminal in China for cancellation, and the self-service terminal of Guangdong Branch does not support cancellation for the time being. Tips:

(1) If you have enabled WeChat account reminder, the message service (SMS notification) will be cancelled, and WeChat account reminder will also be cancelled simultaneously.

(2) If the message service is in arrears, it can only be cancelled after payment. For details, please enter "How to pay the message service fee".

(3) If the credit card SMS notification service is closed, please cancel it through "Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service" in the Palm Bank APP or call our credit card customer service hotline 4006695599.

(4) Without a card, you can cancel the message service at any business outlet of ABC with your ID card.
