How does China Merchants Bank change the mobile phone number for receiving SMS?

All-in-one card: The reserved mobile phone number can be modified through any counter and online banking professional edition.

1. If you apply for professional online banking, you can modify it through the professional version of All-in-One Card-Account Management-Modify Contact Information;

2. If you don't apply or it's inconvenient to log in to the Professional Edition, please handle it at any outlet of China Merchants Bank (including VTM) with your valid account opening certificate (you need to enter the verification code on your new mobile phone).

Note: The phone modified on the professional version is different from the "professional version of mobile phone" (used for SMS verification of professional version of transfer payment), and the "professional version of mobile phone" needs to be modified at the counter.

Credit card:

1. You can log in to the Pocket Life APP and click "My → Data Management → Contact Information" to modify it. The modification will take effect before the next day 12, subject to the approval of the credit card center.

2. You can call the customer service hotline 4008205555 to apply for manual service modification, and the modification will take effect before 24: 00 the next day.
