Huawei p9 SMS and incoming calls are not annoying.

Please check whether the phone is in mute state. If so, please press the volume plus key to adjust the volume to the appropriate state.

Please check other third-party applications to intercept calls, such as 360 security assistant, mobile phone housekeeper blacklist, etc. If yes, please set the unblocking in the third-party application.

Please check if Do Not Disturb mode is on. In Do Not Disturb mode, the moon icon will appear on the notice bar, and only the disturbing items you allow will ring or vibrate.

Slide down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel. On the "Switch" page, click to turn off the Do Not Disturb mode, and press and hold to enter the Do Not Disturb setting interface to set the Do Not Disturb items.
