The construction unit shall, in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on archives management, collect and sort out the documents of all aspects of the construction project in time, establish and improve the archives of the construction project, and hand over the archives of the construction project to the construction administrative department or other relevant departments in time after the completion and acceptance of the construction project.

What are the steps for completion acceptance?

1. After the project is completed, the construction unit shall submit the project completion report to the construction unit and apply for the project completion acceptance. The project completion report of the supervision project shall be signed by the chief supervision engineer;

2. After receiving the project completion report, the construction unit will organize relevant experts such as survey, design, construction and supervision to form an acceptance team for the project that meets the completion acceptance requirements and formulate an acceptance plan;
