First, take the initiative to report and actively cooperate.

Please come from the city where the epidemic is high, register and report to the town, street or village as soon as possible, and actively cooperate with the prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection, centralized isolation and family health monitoring.

Second, reward and report, group prevention and group control.

Call on the general public and friends to actively report to the Shouguang Municipal Committee's epidemic prevention and control headquarters or towns and streets, and truthfully report the clues of the middle and high risk areas and the prefecture-level cities where the middle and high risk areas are located. For the new clues reported, if they are not mastered in the early stage after verification and belong to the system omission, each clue will be rewarded with 1000 yuan. If more than one person reports the same clue, only the first informant will be rewarded. Those who deliberately conceal their residence history and lead to the spread of the epidemic or cause adverse consequences shall be investigated for relevant legal responsibilities according to law. At present, most people from key epidemic areas are actively cooperating and assisting us to do a good job in registration, but some people deliberately hide it. According to the Criminal Law, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other relevant laws, those who cause serious harm shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention; If the consequences are especially serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years. The general public are requested not to believe in rumors, spread rumors and spread unconfirmed news. Those who cause panic among the masses and cause adverse effects will be investigated for responsibility according to law.
