How to set up SMS notification for electricity charges

You can go to your business hall through the public platforms of "China Southern Power Grid 95598" and "China Southern Power Grid Online Unified Service Platform" or with your user identification materials.

Public platform:

(1) subscription: pay attention to and bind "China southern power grid 95598" > "my electricity consumption" > select the user number to be processed > "notification management", click "+"to start processing, add a contact > fill in the contact name, email address, contact number and SMS verification code entered by the user, and check "Subscribe to SMS power outage notification" under the notification service column.

(2) cancel: go to "China southern power grid 95598" > "my electricity consumption" > select the user number to be handled > notification management, edit the SMS bill notification, edit the existing contact person's mobile phone number > electricity fee, check "subscribe to SMS bill notification" and delete after submission;

(3) change: go to "95598" public platform of China Southern Power Grid > "My Power Consumption" > select the user number to be handled > notification management, click the editing symbol of SMS power outage notice, edit the existing mobile phone number of the contact person who stopped sending power, check "Subscribe to SMS power outage notice" and click Submit.
