Ordinary Yangchengtong is an anonymous electronic wallet. If the card is lost, reporting the loss is not supported. For registered cards, the card is bound to the customer's identity information so that if the card is lost, the customer's identity information can be verified, the balance in the card can be returned to the customer, and the loss can be reported.

Reporting the loss of the registered card needs to be done on the mobile phone.

In the first step, you only need to download the Yangchengtong APP, use the APP to recharge the Yangchengtong card once, and a prompt for real-name registration will automatically pop up.

The second step is to download and log in to the Yangchengtong official APP, find the real-name authentication in me, and fill in the information.

The third step is to wait for the review by the staff. It usually takes 1-2 working days to pass the review.

The fourth step is to complete the review.

The fifth step is to find the loss report option in the card management and click on the loss report to start the loss report.

The sixth step is to check the card number, enter the login password, and click Confirm to report the loss.

If you have not recharged on the Yangchengtong app, you can only choose to report the loss at an outlet.

2. The balance returned after the loss report is the balance in the loss report card 72 hours after the loss report business is successfully accepted at 0:00 on the next day (subject to the records of the Yangchengtong system).
