1) If the order has been sent, you can go to the credit card website, click "Credit Card Mall" at the top of the page, click "Login" at the top of the page, follow the prompts to enter your online mall, and then query through My Account-Order on the left side of the page, click to apply for a refund, and refuse to sign for the goods at the same time. 2) Log in to Pocket Banking APP- Pocket Mall-My Order, click Apply for Return, and submit a return application.

3. After ordering, the goods have been received and need to be returned:

You can directly contact the service phone of the commodity supplier to handle the return, you can also inquire about the customer service hotline of the merchant in the commodity details, or inquire about the packaging position after sale on the commodity ordering page.

After submitting the application, you can see that the order is being returned, and it usually takes three working days to complete the return application. After the return is successful, the system page will display the return is successful.
