How to cancel CCB wallet

This situation can be handled at the bank counter or the mobile banking app.

1. Bring my valid ID card to the counter of CCB's business outlets to cancel the CCB wallet.

2. Go through the cancellation procedures through the mobile banking app of China Construction Bank. First log in to your personal mobile banking account, then select "Long Pay" on the homepage and click "CCB Wallet". The page will jump to the personally bound bank card information, and select Unbind to successfully cancel the CCB wallet.
