1. Electronic contracts have written legal effect and are valid. As a written contract, when using an electronic contract as evidence, you must first determine whether the contract is valid. 2. Legal basis:

Article 13 of the "Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that an electronic signature shall be deemed reliable if it meets the following conditions:

(2) When signing, the electronic signature data is only controlled by the electronic signer;
