1068 indicates that the dependent service or group cannot be started, and the dependent service cannot be started. After adding the MSSQLSERVER service dependency to ServicesDependedOn, will the service wait for the MSSQLSERVER service to start before starting?

1. Open the computer, log on to the desktop, and then click the Start menu.

2. Find the run input box in the Start menu, and then click Open.

3. After opening the run menu, enter services.msc in the run menu, and then press Enter.
