Why can’t I receive text messages on P20Pro?

If someone sends you a text message but you do not receive it, it may be because the sender’s number has been added to the harassment blacklist, or the sender uses an Apple device and sends you text messages via iMessage. Please refer to Check and solve the problem as follows:

If there is a text message interception reminder in your status bar (it is enabled by default, if you turn it off manually, you need to check it under the path "Mobile Manager"> "Harassment Interception"), it may be you. The sender number was added to the blacklist by mistake before. Please click ?>?Number Blacklist? on the harassment interception interface to delete the number from the blacklist. If there are other applications installed on your phone that can intercept text messages, please confirm them together and uninstall the relevant applications as necessary.

If the sender uses an Apple device and sends you text messages through iMessage: It is recommended that you use text messages or other instant messaging applications to communicate with the other party. Because Apple's iMessage is only used between Apple device users, it cannot be sent to non-Apple devices.

If the above method cannot solve the problem, it is recommended that you back up important information, restore factory settings or upgrade the phone system and try again.
