Can Fetion send messages to non-friends?

Of course. But your Fetion must be bound to the mobile phone number of China Mobile (that is, CM users).

Please log in to the PC client (preferably the latest autumn rhyme version) and click the "Send SMS" icon at the bottom of the main interface, as shown in the figure. After entering, enter the number you want to send (it must be the mobile phone number of China Mobile), and the system will automatically detect whether this number is your Fetion friend. If not, you will be prompted to charge in the edit content box. Sending short messages from non-friends will be charged 0. 1 yuan/message, which will be charged together with the mobile phone bill. Please consult the local 10086 if it is included in the package.
