How to refund the phone bill for Unicom's port number transfer to the network

The process of online refund is as follows

1. Log in to Unicom APP with the number you brought out.

2. Click "Activity" at the bottom.

3. On the Activity page, find "Withdraw Transfer Fee Refund" in the label that appears.

4. Click the "Transfer-out Refund" tab.

5. Click "Refund Input"

6. Fill in relevant information as required.

7. Wait for the backstage to finish the process

8. receipt

Note: Generally, the refund will be made on the 5th day of the following month.

Open Unicom APP and log in with the outgoing number.

Click "Activity" at the bottom.

Note: After clicking on the activity, don't enter text in the search bar above to find it. Draw directly on this page, and the label "Take out the number for refund" will appear in the last column.

Click "Refund Input"

Fill in the relevant information and wait for the account to arrive.
