In order to effectively reduce the emission of motor vehicle pollutants and continuously improve the air quality in Jiaozuo City, according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual road traffic in Jiaozuo City, the Jiaozuo Municipal Government decided to implement motor vehicle restriction measures in some areas of the main city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, Jiaozuo restricted area

South of Film and Television Road (from Puji Road to Yang Shan Road), west of Yang Shan Road (from Film and Television Road to Renmin Road), south of Renmin Road (from Yang Shan Road to Zhongyuan Road), west of Zhongyuan Road (from Renmin Road to Century Road), north of Century Road (from Zhongyuan Road to Yang Shan Road), west of Yang Shan Road (from Century Road to Nanhai Road) and Nanhai Road (from Yang Shan Road to Puji Road).

Four, large freight cars (including new energy trucks)
