As of 14:00 on January 29, Gaotang County has closed close contacts and sub-close contacts of local centralized quarantine The contacts completed seven rounds of nucleic acid testing and a serum test, and the results were all negative. After comprehensive research and judgment, the close contacts were released from centralized isolation at 16:00 on January 29.

On January 29, Gaotang County conducted another nucleic acid test on residents of Yuhuayuan Community, residents of Guolao Village, Jiangdian Town, and residents of Shunhuayuan Community who lived and visited asymptomatic infected persons. The test results were all negative, so the control was lifted and residents in the area returned to normal life.

All personnel in Guolao Village, Jiangdian Town, where the asymptomatic infected person lives and has visited, his parents’ home, Haozai Lai Sheep Soup Restaurant, and Building 1 of Yuhuayuan Community will continue to be under quarantine and management as required. Another nucleic acid test will be conducted on February 5. If the results are all negative, the control can be lifted.

If the results are all negative, the centralized isolation can be lifted and transferred to 7-day home health monitoring.
