Where can I find unemployment benefits?

Inquiry method of unemployment benefits:

1. Log in to Social Security official website, enter the page of receiving unemployment benefits, and check whether it has arrived;

2. Bank inquiry. Through mobile banking, online banking, bank SMS reminder to confirm whether the account has arrived. If you apply for unemployment benefits online, you will generally pay it to the social security financial card by default. If you apply for unemployment benefits on the spot, you will generally let the applicant choose the payment account. If not, it will be paid to the social security card by default.

Procedures for receiving unemployment benefits:

1. The insured unit shall issue two certificates of dissolution (termination) of labor relations, one for the unemployment insurance center and the other for the labor dispute arbitration committee of the Labor Security Bureau for the record;

2. The unemployment insurance center will strictly investigate and verify the situation with the certificate of dissolution (termination) of labor relations issued by the insured unit (the unemployed person carries the labor contract signed with the unit), and issue 2 registration forms for unemployment insurance claims and 1 copy.

3. Fill in the materials. Please fill in all the columns on the front of the unemployment insurance application registration form, and please go to the family planning relationship receiving unit where your account is located and stamp it on the back. Fill in the job registration form carefully;

4. Submission of materials. Hand in three one-inch color photos and a copy of the unemployed person's ID card;

5. Receive unemployment insurance. After the completion, you can get unemployment insurance money from the district-level labor and social security department where your household registration is located or where you live temporarily.

Before unemployment, the unit to which the unemployed belong shall, within 7 days from the date of termination or rescission of the labor contract, report the list of unemployed persons to the agency that accepts the unemployment insurance business for the record, and provide relevant materials such as proof of termination or rescission of the labor contract, proof of participation in unemployment insurance, proof of payment and so on in accordance with regulations.
