In order to ensure the implementation of the medical service guarantee of the 4th China International Import Expo (CIIE), the Municipal Health and Wellness Commission recently issued the Notice on Further Strengthening the Nucleic Acid Detection in COVID-19, further enhancing the nucleic acid detection ability, strengthening the nucleic acid detection service, comprehensively strengthening the nucleic acid detection service, effectively strengthening the monitoring post role of medical institutions, and fully implementing the prevention and control measures of hospital infection.

10 year1since October 28th, the first batch of 2/kloc-0 comprehensive medical institutions in the city have provided 24-hour nucleic acid testing services to the public. Conditional testing institutions will further shorten the reporting time of test results, especially for those who are willing to complete the test, and strive to report the results within 6 hours and upload them to the health cloud system.

Admission notice:

When you enter the hospital, you need to take a temperature test, take the initiative to show your boarding code and application code, and bring your ID card/medical insurance card/medical card to cooperate with the epidemiological investigation.

If it's your first visit to the hospital, the pre-inspection nurse will set up a manual through window on the spot after adjusting the process to provide you with one-stop service for information registration and nucleic acid detection.

Service time: Monday to Sunday from 8: 00 to 22: 00 (after 22: 00, you can go to the emergency department for testing).

Time to take the bill: Under normal circumstances, patients in fever clinics, emergency departments and hospitals will report within 2 hours, and other patients who wish to complete the examination can generally check the report results after 4-6 hours.

Service time: 7:00-22:00 throughout the year.

Time of taking the bill: sampling at 7:00- 17:00, and the report can be inquired 5 hours after sampling; 17:00-22:00, and the report can be queried at 8:00 the next day.

Testing fee: 80 yuan/person-time is the unified price for nucleic acid testing in Shanghai, and it is paid by itself, excluding medical insurance.

Report query

Click "COVID-19 Test"-"Report Inquiry" through the official account of Proton Medical WeChat, and enter the ID number to inquire and download the test report.

If you need an English report, please check the English report and fill in your passport number and name pinyin when you make an appointment for the test.

The report is in the form of electronic report, which can be inquired in the official account of WeChat. If you need to print, you can click "Send Report", send the report to the mailbox, and download and print it yourself.

Electronic reports have electronic seals, so you don't need to get paper reports. If you need to print a paper report, please go to the self-service printer in Building 3 from 09:00- 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

Epidemic prevention tips

1. This test is only for healthy people without any discomfort. People with fever, cough and other unwell symptoms should go to the fever clinic of the hospital designated by the government. Non-green health code, please go to the hospital for testing;

2. Collection method of nucleic acid detection samples: oropharyngeal swab; Do not eat for 2 hours before sampling; Do not smoke, drink or chew gum 30 minutes before sampling;

Wear a mask correctly, don't expose your mouth and nose, don't take it off at will or pull it to your chin. Only take off the oropharyngeal swab when sampling (please put it on immediately after sampling), and you can prepare a spare mask to change at any time after pollution.

4. Please cooperate with the on-site staff to measure the body temperature and show the health code;

5. Line up at the sampling point, keep a safe distance above 1 m, wear a mask all the time, and cover it with paper towels or elbows when coughing to avoid the risk of droplet transmission, and cooperate with the on-site staff to conduct orderly sampling.
