Why can't the photos in the mobile phone be displayed in the computer?

The photos in the mobile phone can't be displayed on the computer, and the upload may not be successful. It is suggested to upload photos again in the following ways.

1. Log in to QQ with the same account on your mobile phone and computer at the same time, as shown in the figure below.

2. Click the "Device" option under the contact column on the QQ page of the mobile phone, and click to enter the next page, as shown in the figure below.

3. Select the "My Computer" option in the pop-up page, and click to enter the next page, as shown in the figure below.

4. In the pop-up page, click the photo album icon below, as shown in the figure below, and click to enter the next page.

5. In the pop-up photo options page, select the photo to upload and click the "Send" option, as shown in the following figure.

6. At this time, a picture will be received on the QQ of the computer. Click the picture, press the right mouse button, and select "Save As" in the pop-up option box, and the picture will be saved to the required location, as shown in the following figure.
