How to return Suning's mobile phone

Suning's mobile phone return process is as follows:

1. Submit the return application online: after receiving the order, if there is a fault that affects the use of the goods, you can initiate the return application online;

2. Successful application: Suning.cn Customer Service will contact for product-related information as soon as possible. Please be sure to register the accurate contact information, keep your mobile phone open during the application process, and check the progress at any time after the application is successful;

3. Mail processing: package invoices, commodities, gifts, accessories, original packaging and manufacturer's inspection report, and mail the parcel to Suning Logistics Base;

4. Send to on-site customer service: send the invoice, goods, gifts, accessories, original packaging and manufacturer's test report to the designated store, and the service personnel will go through the return formalities after verification;

5. Exchange or refund: Suning.cn Customer Service will arrange the warehouse to send brand-new goods immediately to replace the original returned goods. If the goods meet the return conditions, they will be refunded according to the payment method of the order after storage.
