Before the settlement of the housing provident fund loan, if the voluntary depositor fails to fulfill the obligation of deposit for three consecutive months or six months in total, and turns it into a unit deposit falsely, and proves that the loan application materials are false, illegal and invalid, the municipal provident fund center has the right to recover the loan in advance or collect the loan interest according to the housing mortgage loan interest rate of commercial banks of the same grade in the same period.
