This is not only a battle that changed the fate of Qin and Zhao, but also a battle that ultimately decided the reunification of China. In this battle, which broke out in 262-260 BC, Zhao's army invested 450,000 soldiers and horses, and finally almost all of them were wiped out. Qin Jun invested 600,000 troops, with nearly half of the casualties. Especially the coaches of the two armies are the most famous figures in the history of China, Qin Wei Tian Lei and Zhao Lian Po. The decisive battle between Qin and Zhao was caused by a piece of land, which belonged to Shangdang in South Korea at that time. Hanwang asked Shangdang County to dedicate the city to Qin to protect South Korea, but Shangdang County thought that Qin people were unreliable, so it was better to dedicate the city to Zhao. Zhao promised to send someone to take over seventeen cities in Shangdang County. In other words, between Qin and Zhao, there were several times more fiefs than Zhao out of thin air, which greatly reduced the living space of Qin. At this point, the two sides have nothing to say and can only solve it by force. Lian Po, a veteran of Zhao School, and Wang Bi, a veteran of Qin School. Although Lian Po is old, he has an insight into the times. Qin's 600,000 troops went out to war, and the food and grass were unsustainable, which was not conducive to a protracted war. So Lian Po insisted on not fighting, intending to bring down the State of Qin. Qin felt bad. 600,000 troops consume a lot of food and grass every day. At this rate, it will surely fail. So they used double agents and sent people to Zhao to lobby the king of Zhao. Finally, the young prince of Zhao replaced Lian Po with Zhao Kuo. Qin quietly stood beside the famous star who killed God in the Warring States Period. At this point, the battle of Changping entered the second stage, that is, the stage of Tian Lei's confrontation with Zhao Kuo. Tian Lei didn't attack rashly, but took the tactic of retreating, pretending to retreat and leading Zhao Kuo to catch up. Then we split up our forces, cut off Zhao Kuo's back road, divide Zhao, divide them one by one, and finally annihilate them all. Alas, Zhao's 450,000 troops were wiped out in this battle, and Zhao Kuo also died in the disorderly army. Lian Po, an abandoned veteran in the battle of Changping, always lost heart when he returned to Zhao. Finally, in 243 BC, the guest died in Chu, and a generation of famous soldiers fell. And the fate of general Qin was even worse. Because of his great contribution to Gao Zhen, he was executed by King Xiang of Qin in 257 BC. The battle of Changping changed the personal destiny of Lian Po, the national destiny of Qin and Zhao, and the historical trend of China.
