You can unsubscribe from the personalized ringtone/cool ringtone business in the following ways:

1. Log in to the personalized ringtone website http://zglt.diyring.cc/ via mobile phone diyweb, click "Help" in the upper right corner of the page, enter the page to unsubscribe according to the prompts;

2. Send the text message "TT" to 1065515810000 to cancel;

3. Dial 10155 and press 7 Press the No. key to enter the personalized ring tone process, then press the No. 9 key to enter the help button, and then press the No. key to unsubscribe from the personalized ring tone.
