1. Residents in all jurisdictions should take the initiative to check the health code through Alipay, WeChat and other programs. For those who have not applied for the health code, it is recommended that their families apply for it and do a good job of inspection. If the health code is changed from "green code" to "red code" or "yellow code", it should be reported to the local community at the first time, and the corresponding control measures should be implemented to further improve the detection and verification work.

For those who do not go out, they should immediately go to the second-level medical institutions such as the Third Hospital and the Central Hospital for nucleic acid testing and family health monitoring. 3. If the health code is changed to "red team", each jurisdiction should quickly transport it to a centralized isolation point in a closed loop to implement centralized isolation and nucleic acid detection control measures 14 days, and the district CDC will carry out flow adjustment.

4. If you or your family have health code transcoding, please don't panic and cooperate with the jurisdiction to implement corresponding control measures. During the isolation period, we should strictly cooperate with daily health monitoring and management, and accept nucleic acid sampling and testing at the specified frequency. If you feel unwell, report it in time. When you complete the specified isolation period, and your nucleic acid test results are negative and you are healthy, your health code will automatically become a "green code" after you meet the conditions for lifting the isolation.

5.
