Why do you always receive a fetion message with the number 12520?

Cell phone poisoning or cell phone baseband problems may cause 12520 to receive Fetion garbled short messages.

After sending someone else's message to your mobile phone, the server will wait for your mobile phone to reply to confirm that you received it, so the server will not send you this message again. If your signal is not good, the server tries to send you a short message, but your mobile phone doesn't give you feedback, then the server thinks that your short message has not been received successfully and will send it to you after a certain period of time until your mobile phone gives you the correct information.
