Late registration without leave is regarded as truancy; Those who fail to report for two weeks without reason will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.

3. The registration place is the Graduate School of Shanxi Agricultural University (the first floor of the Teaching Management Building).

Fourth, the transfer of personnel relations and party-mass relations.

1. Graduate students need to transfer personnel relations (personal files) and party-mass relations to Shanxi Agricultural University.

2. Organizational relationship in party member. Candidates from Shanxi Province are transferred to the Organization Department of the CPC Shanxi Agricultural University Party Committee, and candidates from outside Shanxi Province are transferred to the Organization Department of the CPC Shanxi University Working Committee (marked as Shanxi Agricultural University); The organizational relationship of the members is directly transferred to the Youth League Committee of Shanxi Agricultural University. The letter of introduction of organizational relations is carried by the candidate himself and submitted to the graduate school when the freshmen register for admission.

Five, according to the provisions of the Ministry of public security, the transfer of household registration is voluntary. For freshmen, the name on the household registration certificate issued by the postgraduate admission notice must be consistent with the name on the admission notice. The registration certificate must have an ID number and be stamped with the official seal of the police station of the Public Security Bureau. The name of the household registration transfer unit is Shanxi Agricultural University, and it is required to be transferred to Houcheng Police Station in Taigu County before 10. Eight, tuition fees

Approved by Shanxi Price Bureau, the tuition standard for full-time postgraduate students is 8,000 yuan per student, and the tuition is paid year by year. Students with financial difficulties can apply for payment after receiving state grants in that year.

Nine. Postgraduate funding system

1. National grant, 6000 yuan/year for master students.

2. National scholarship, rewarding full-time graduate students with excellent performance, with a master's degree of 20,000 yuan per student/year.

3. Research assistance allowance, mainly provided by tutors for non-directional academic graduate students, is paid monthly. The standard for graduate students is 150 yuan/month, calculated as one year 10 month.

4. School grants, non-directional living allowance for graduate students, and the standard for master students is per student 150 yuan/month.

5. Allowances for teaching assistants and management assistants. According to the actual teaching and management, the school provides certain teaching assistants and management assistants for non-directional graduate students. The allowance is borne by the school, and each student is 300 yuan/month.

6. Excellent scholarship. The school is set up for all kinds of full-time graduate students in grade two and above, and rewards students who have outstanding performance in ideological and moral character, academic performance, scientific research, student work and social practice.

7. Academic research fee, 4,200 yuan for each graduate student, to be used by the tutor according to the research needs of the students.
