Third, the examination method

(1) Written examination

Within two weeks after the registration, the Municipal Surveying and Mapping Institute will conduct preliminary qualification examination according to the relevant materials submitted by the applicants, determine the list of participants in the written test and notify the specific test time and place by SMS or telephone; On the day of the written test, the review work will be carried out, focusing on information such as identity, student status and household registration.

The written test is closed, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60.

(2) Interview

According to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people participating in the interview 1:5, the interviewers are determined from high to low in written test scores, and those whose written test scores are lower than the qualified score line cannot enter the interview; For positions that do not reach 1:5, the actual number of people whose written test scores are not lower than the qualified score line will participate in the interview.

(3) Determination of comprehensive score

The written test scores and interview scores are included in the comprehensive scores according to the weights of 40% and 60%.

The interview and comprehensive scores shall be kept at two decimal places.

According to the ratio of each recruitment position 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined in the order of comprehensive scores; If the comprehensive scores are the same, the interview scores will be sorted from high to low.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

The medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant medical examination standards of civil servants.

The contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, study or work performance, etc.

If there are job vacancies after physical examination or investigation, they will be filled in turn according to their comprehensive scores.

According to the results of physical examination and investigation, the personnel to be hired are determined through collective research, and the list will be publicized on the website of the Municipal Surveying and Mapping Institute for 7 working days.

City Surveying and Mapping Institute signed an employment contract with the employed personnel, and implemented a probation period. The probation period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Beijing labor contract system. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are transferred to formal employment.

The wages and benefits of the employed personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Beijing institutions.
