Description of expenses:

1. The short messages in the package are the uplink short messages in China Mobile Network and Monternet, and the short messages outside the package are sent to China Mobile Network 0. 1 yuan/piece, to China Unicom, fixed-line PHS and other off-network short messages 0. 15 yuan/piece, and to international short messages 1.00 yuan/piece;

2. The above long-distance charges do not include Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and international long-distance charges; "All-inclusive" tariffs include local basic calls, roaming calls and long-distance calls;

3. Customers roaming in China (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) will be charged normally within 3 seconds, and domestic local calls (excluding international calls such as Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) will be free within 3 seconds;

4. Customers calling 1795 1 IP for local long-distance calls will be charged with basic call charges and IP long-distance charges, while calling domestic long-distance calls (excluding international calls such as Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) will only be charged with basic roaming charges.
